Sunset Park - Outdoors at Sunset Park Soccer Field

Group Practice programs help develop every aspect of a player's game. This collection of individual classes will train players on offensive and defensive tactics, skills and game intelligence. Players will develop dribbling, ball control, passing, shooting skills and more.

About the location

At the crest of the Sunset Park neighborhood lies this beautiful soccer field, with views of Manhattan. This field has plenty built in goals and plenty of space for two practices to run simultaneously.

Coach

Dapo Iwaeni

Dapo was born in Lagos, Nigeria. Just like many other passionate African kids, he grew up playing soccer in the streets and falling in love with the game. Played in numerous youth tournaments and leagues. Dapo believes playing soccer should be pleasant to eyes and entertaining. He loves coaching players and sharing his own interpretations of how to play the beautiful game. His role model is Pep Guardiola as he believes in “Total Football”. Dapo currently holds a USSF D Coaching License.
