Downtown Brooklyn - Outdoors at Mclaughlin Park

Group Practice programs help develop every aspect of a player's game. This collection of individual classes will train players on offensive and defensive tactics, skills and game intelligence. Players will develop dribbling, ball control, passing, shooting skills and more.

About the location

McLaughlin Park is an artificial turf field in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn, accessible by almost every subway line and sitting at the entrance of both the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges making getting to and from practice a breeze.

Coach

Darren Liddell

Coach Darren grew up in Atlanta Georgia, and became passionate about soccer after the city hosted the Olympics in 1996. He’s been an active member of BetterPlayer since the program started and incorporates skill-building and competitive fun into his sessions. He loves sharing his knowledge of the game and inspiring players of all backgrounds and skill levels to bring their best to the pitch.
